Warranty, returns & complaints
Warranty: Remaining manufacturer warranty or 1 year warranty on all products where
the manufacturer's warranty has expired.
Returns & right of withdrawal: If you want to cancel or return your purchase, you can do this without any problems within 14 days in line with the Distance Contracts Act.
Please note that you as the consumer are responsible for the return shipping if you regret your purchase! However, if the product is faulty (a complaint), we are responsible for the return shipping.
