Warranty, returns & complaints
Warranty: Remaining manufacturer's warranty or a 1-year warranty on all products where the manufacturer's warranty has expired.
Returns & Right of Withdrawal: If you wish to cancel or return your purchase, you can easily do so within 14 days in accordance with the Distance Contracts Act.
Please note that as a consumer, you are responsible for the return shipping costs if you cancel your purchase! If, however, the item is faulty (a complaint), we will cover the return shipping costs.
